As Co-Owner and Executive Secretary of Ballot Education Foundation, Joseph Essuman Arthur is devoted to promoting electoral literacy and significantly reducing rejected ballots in Ghana. Through grassroots voter education, practical workshops, and open conversations, he supports citizens to confidently cast valid votes and understand their role in democratic governance.
Joseph’s work extends into high-level strategic engagement, collaborating closely with stakeholders such as the Electoral Commission of Ghana to advocate for reforms that strengthen electoral integrity. From town halls to senior high schools and even prisons, his message is clear: every vote should be informed, valid, and counting towards the future we want.
In parallel, as Co-Owner and Executive Secretary of De-Na Plus Limited, he manages import and export operations focused on essential products—baby diapers, hospital disposables, and general merchandise—from China, Holland, and other markets. This dual role allows him to connect civic service with sustainable business.
